We’re a team of home inspectors who are certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors® (InterNACHI®), and are ready to help you step confidently into homeownership. We understand that a home is your biggest investment, so we offer detailed, user-friendly reports complete with online and printable PDF formats through InterNACHI®'s FetchReport® system. With competitive pricing and a service area stretching from Saint George to South Utah Valley, our veteran-owned and -operated team brings confidence and expertise to every inspection. Our Qualifications
Michael D Holcomb, the owner and founder of IFC Home Inspections, has an extensive history of experience in the field of construction. He knows the ins and outs of homes and their building science. Notwithstanding his years of expertise in adjacent fields, Michael wanted to be certain that he was specifically qualified to deliver quality home inspections that you can trust, so he became a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors®. In addition to becoming certified through them to take care of the fundamentals of a home inspection, he continued his education to cover various additional facets of home inspections such as deck, exterior, plumbing, and WDO (Wood-Destroying Organisms) inspections, ensuring that he's qualified to deliver the biggest return on your investment!

The state of Utah does not require home inspectors to be certified in order to operate. Michael was distressed to learn that many Utahns are being scammed hundreds of dollars by paying uncertified home inspectors in Utah, many of whom did not actually know what they were doing and could not offer guarantees.
